We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and oversee daily operators, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a positive dining experience for our guests. Restaurant managers are required to work 5 full working days (12 - 13 hour shifts), Weekends required. For the first month of opening, you may be required to work 6 full working days as we maintain committed to delivering excellent customer experience.

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
Manage, lead, and grow a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to create and update menu offerings.
Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.
Be hands-on in all areas of operation, filling in for areas that are short.
Fill in various positions during non-peak hours as requested

Previous experience in food service management or a related role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Knowledge of kitchen management techniques and food preparation processes.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with shift management and scheduling practices.
Understanding of the food industry regulations and compliance standards.
Assistant manager or supervisory experience is preferred.
Degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
